The Contract to remain in force until the 31st October, 1847, and the person obtaining it will be required to give full security for its performance. Ihe Hay is to be delivered by the Contractor at luch times and places as may be appointed, and in the event of its quality being disapproved, it must be immediately replaced, or it will be competent for Ihe Ea-. gitieer Department to make the necessary purchases, and charge the amount against the Contractor.
