Jams, Preserves, Pickles, Sauces, &c. Sperm, Composition K and Mould Candles Very fine Potted Butter, Salt ditto Prime Neat's Tongues, &c, &c. A constant supply of Fresh Butter, and Eggs. TO be Sold, at Windsor Terrace, a very desirable Residence, consisting of two Rooms lined,— windows and doois for an enlargement of the building, — to which is attached about an acre and half of Ground, all in high state of cultivation, with a very fine crop of Potatoes. — There is also an excellent wane on the ground. I HEREBY CAUTION any party or parties fiom purchasing, leasing, or otherwise taking or entering into possession of those parts of Allotment 5, Section 17, in the township of Auckland ; and known as the " Prince Albert Inn" j also the House and Store adjoining the latter, at present occupied by Mr. William Hart, Auctioneer, the same being my property ; and I have given instructions for suits in Equity* and Legal proceedings to be commenced, for the recovery of my Titles and Interests in the same.
