I HEREBY CAUTION any party or parties fiom purchasing, leasing, or otherwise taking or entering into possession of those parts of Allotment 5, Section 17, in the township of Auckland ; and known as the " Prince Albert Inn" j also the House and Store adjoining the latter, at present occupied by Mr. William Hart, Auctioneer, the same being my property ; and I have given instructions for suits in Equity* and Legal proceedings to be commenced, for the recovery of my Titles and Interests in the same.
