WHEREAS a quantity of Cop-per BoTts, Composition Spikes, and other Property, plundered at the destruction of the Town of Russell, hath been feloniously received, and was taken and carried away on board the ship "American." No'ticeis hereby given, that a Reward of Three Hundred Pounds will be given to the person or persons who shall give such evidence a 9 shall lead to the conviction, of the offenders or offenders.
