I HEREBY CAUTION any party or parties from' purchasing, leasing, or otherwise taking or entering into possession of those parts of Allotment 8, Section 17, in the township of Auckland} and known as the " Prince Albert Inn"; also the House and Store adjoining the latter, at present occupied by Mr. William Hart, Auctioneer, the same being my property j and 1 have given instructions for suits in Equity, and Legal proceedings to be commenced, for the recovery of my Titles and Interests in the same.
