BRITISH AND FOREIGN BIBLE SOCIETY.

A PUBLIC MEETING will be held, (D.V.) XA_ in the Wesleyan Chapel, Auckland, on Wednesday Evening, the 2nd ofSeptember, for the purpose of forming an Auxiliary Bible Society. The chair will be taken at 7 o'clock precisely, and the friends of this Institution, of all denominations, are respectfully invited to attend. Auckland, 28th August, 1846.
