There is a Substantial weatherboard ed house, with double briek 1 Chimney, on the property. Two Acres are now ready for a crop. For situation, richness of soil, shelter from prevailing winds, and water carriage to any part of the Farm, this property cannot be rivalled in New Zealand, There is abundance of wood, and excellent fresh water.
