Notice to Correspondent.
A " Constant Reader,'' is informed that liis anonymous personal abuse will not find place iv our columns. The facts detailed and complained of, are uneontradicted, and have no reference to private character. The treatment our con espundent received was as 'arbitrary as it was unjust, and in laying the circumstances before the public, Mr. White evinced a manliuess which we wciu'd recommend a " Constant Reader' to imitate— i. c. he signed his name to the letter he setit us.
