And at One O'Clock, AN ALLOTMENT OF LAND, situate in Lower Albert-street, 43 by 328 feet, — on which is erected a Good Substantial \yooden House, ' containing Five Rooms, and Verandah, lined and painted, — fit for the immediate occupation of a Family.
