Land here must necessarily shortly be in great demand, and consequently raised in value in proportion to the depressed value of land in the disturbed settlements, which is now said to be valueless; they are now commissioned to offer land unrivalled in quality and locality, and in sight of Auckland, in lots from Twenty to One Hundred Acres, oi upwards, to suit the convenience of Puichasers, for the present on very low terms.
