His Excellency the Governor directs it lo be notified, that on and after the first day of July next, and until further notice, the Colonial Treasurer will be prepared to issue large Debentuies bearing interest ateightper cent, per annum, (as a first charge on the revenue of the Colony), in exchange for small Debentures now in circulation. The terms and conditions may be made known by application at the Treasury, on or after the first day of July next. Anduew Sinclair, Colonial Secretary.
