NOTICE is hereby given that the HalfYearly General Meeting of the Proprietors will be held at their Office, at Auckland, on Wednesday, the 16th July, next, at 12 o'clock, for the purpose of electing four Directors in the -room of F.^Whitakmi, Jambs Beveridge, John Johnson, and S. M. D. Martin, Esqrs., who retire in conformity with the Deed of Settlement.
