SYDNEY, Maixh 17. A child of two years of age. M.ary Bradshaw ,only daughter of Earnest Bradsliaw, of Alfred Square, St. Kilda, is entitled to £1000 a year till she is 21, when she will receive a third of the income from a capital of £180,000. This was decided in a Melbourne Court this week, when Mr Justicc McArthur approved of a compromise hetween the litigants concerning" the will and codicil of Walter Howard vSmith. Mr Howard Smitli had no children. His widow married Mr Bradshaw in 1923, and died on March 12, 1925. During Mary Bradshaw's minority the income from the property with the exception of £1000 a year, must be paid to her father, who. after that, will receive two-thirds of the income. ■"!:
