Received Wednesday, 1.12 a.m. DELHI, March 29. The Yiceroy is visiting Kashmir, as the guest of the Maharaja. He'was Regally entertained. The Yiceroy was received at a Durbar on a golclen carpet and sat on a solid gold throne. Servants held a gold urnbrella over him. The Mararaja wore priceless jewels on his robe. ,■ His horse bridle and1 headdress were imbellished with emeralds.
