LONDON, March 27. The "Daily Mail's" Paris correspondent says the Comtesse de Janze interogated by the police at the hospital said: "I decided suddenly to commit this desperate a/ction, after which I only thought also to kill myself. I regret this act of follyl" The police asked her the reason for the rash act. De Janze said: "You ask me one question to which I cannot give an answer; that's my secret." i It is not expecte'd that the Comtesse will recover, but there are some hopes that De Trafford will live.
