NEW PLYMOUTH, March" 27. A young man named Harland Price, of Tataraimaka, when riding a motor cycle on the Main South Road, collided with a cow wandering on the road in the darkness, and was heavily thrown. He was admitted to the hospital suffering from severe concussion and was reported this evening as in a dangerous condition.
