RE WILLIAM THOMAS ROWLEY, DECEASED. ,r "PURSUANT to an Order bf the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice dated 30th Decem- , ber 1926, and made in an action re WILLIAM THOMAS ROWLEY,' deceased (late of 51, Henry Road, Chelmsford, Essex, who died on the 11th Oetober 1925). The Public Trustee v. Rowley and others 1926 R. 2390 whereby the following inquiries were directed, viz.: — 1. An inquiry what person or persons upon the death of the above named1 intestate William Thomas Rowley deceased became beneficially entitled to any real estate of his as to whiph he died intestate and if more than one for what estates or interests and whether any sucb persons are since dead and if so when they died and who by devise descent or other wise have become entitled to the real estate to whiteh such persons so became entitled. 2. An inquiry what person or persons upon the death of the said Intestate became beneficiallj' entit- 1 led to any personal estate of his as to which he died intestate and if more than one in what 6hares and proportions and whether any such persons are since dead and if so when they died and who are their legal personal representatives. Notice is hereby given that all persons claiming to be entitled under the said inquiries are on or before the 17th June, 1927 to send by post pre-paid to Charles Albex't Copland. of the Institute, Londpn Road, Chelmsford, Essex, their full Christian names and surnames addresses and descriptions and full particulars of their claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded i'rom ihe benefit of the said order unless the Court or Judge oii application ptherwise orders.
