Received Thursdav 7 p.m. * BERLIN, March 24. Dr Stresemann, in the Reichstag. denied ,that Germany had entered into an agreement with Sir Austen Chaxnhrlain and Mussolini with a view to forming a bloc against , Russia. Such statements were calculated to do much harm. He added he did not doubt that France would resume the Thoiry negotiations.
