It is reported froui Paris that France, Britain and Gcytmh bave agreed upon an inquiry ccmcerning Thuy's complaint agaiust Jugoslavia; secondly the mission will be constituted upon a wide basis and have an international character. The Belgrade Cabimet assents to this procedure, but Italy's viewpoint appears to be that havir.g expressed her grievances to France' Britain and Germany it is for these Powers to test the truth of these assertions ? and she n>eed not parti- j cipate. The "Daily Telegraph's diplomatic correspondent understands that Rome is still not convinecd that all danger to Albania from the Servian frontiers now over. Italy still maintains that ominous military precautions are still progressing in Jugoslavia. e
