Received weanesaay. o.o p.m. LONDON,, March 22. Lieut. J. B. S. Barwood has been r.ppointed to command Australia's new submarine, Oxley, whieh is the next largest to the British mystery submarine. XI. Lieutenant Barwood will undergo specialist training on the submarine depot ship, Dolphin. till the Oxley is ready for commission.
