ENGLISH BOARD CRITIC1SED.

(Gable-

-Copyright.)

Received Monday, 7 p.m. . LONDON, Marcli 21. "We are convinced that they will not accept such a ruling without an emphatic protest, perhaps worse. If the Board does not intend to tolerate outside interference, why does it not say so? A definite split would be far iDetter than an insuit to men equally concerned in the welfare of the game.
