Received Monday, / p.m. PARIS, March 20. During a stormy sitting of the Chamber of Deputies, tlie extreme Nationalist and Communist. Deputies repeated allegations of maladministration against Varenne, Gov-ernor-General of Indo-China, and oue of his subordinates. One speaker alleged that liospital nurses at Dariac were dancing girls emploved by Varenne: who in a spirited two hours defence declared that the accusations wero groundless and had been prompted bv business interests whicb were dissatisfied with the protection cxtended to the natives. He announced that hc had tendered his resignation.
