LONDON, March 20. The question asked throughoixt Europ-e to-day is: Will Jugoslavia repeat history by precipitating another world conflict? Both Italy and Jugoslavia dcny that their aims are warlike, yet?it is confirxned from various scources that Italy has notifled Britain and other nations of her anxiety regarding the massing of Jugoslavian troops on the Albanian fronti'er. This is the xxxost significant fact in the situation. The object of Jugoslavia's militarism is assumed to be the overthrow of the Albanian Government, with which Italy recently concluded an agreeinent. The "Giornaie d'ltalia" quoted yesterday, returns to the suhject. This paper's freedom of discussion is considered remarkable in yiew of the fact that the whole press of Italy is under Fascist control. The "Giornaie" afflrms that as soon as the sigxxature to treaty with Albania was known, Jugoslavia attempted to constitute a diplomatic front against Italy. The paper adds that the attempt failed compleiely, and then \ proceeds to allege that the social- • democratic organisation of free ma- . I sonary has now intervened in Jugoj slavia in the belief that it. will lind | weapons to combat the Fascist I regime«
