Received Saturday 5.5 p.m. LONDON, March 19. Alarmist reports published by the "Giornale d'ltalia" at Rome affirnr that Jugo-Slavia is mobilising heavily on both the Albanian and Italian frontiers. The paper asserts that covering screens of forces have been* placed on the Bulgarian, Greek ] and Hungarian frontiers. An officaal communique issued at Rome coincidentally denies tbat Italy is making any 'war preparations in connection with the Balkans, and declares that Italy is pursuing a policy of peace. '
