There is litUor change in the position regarding wheat. The price offered farmers now is 5s per hushel on trucks, bufi a penny more is offered for choice{ sample. Farinersj however, are cas-i ing np in their offerings, ancl arer not at all keen to do business aS such figures. Although millers are able to get all they want, they dq not desire to see the price drop any further. The price offered for oats is so low that some farmers wfil not sell, preferring instead to allow their produce to remain in stack. Many state that at the present figures they will find it more profitable to hold the oats- for feeding stock. On the other hand it is stated that about 2000 or 3000 sacks haS. been shipped to Australia recentlyi Partridge peas have become firmer, and the price now offering is 6s 9d per hushel. Many are keeping* their stuff in stack until a further advance takes place. Perennial rye* grass is experiencing a slightly better demand, but other seeds are pofc' attracting much' attention ^ r
