Rev. Dr Richards, Bislioi* of Dunedin, arrives in Oamaru today and will be the guest of Archdeacon and .Mrs Russell. He will! preach in St. Luke's Church tomorrow morning and evening and at the latter service will confirm a number of candidates presented hy; the Archdeacon.
