CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. George Sudden ran away from a labour gang at Paparua prison. He was working a little apart from the other convicts when he suddenly bolted and reached cover but was recaptured. He was sentcnced to six months' imprisonment to he cumulative with his present sentence.
