SYDNEY, Last Night. Private advices received in Sydney state that the Aberdeen Line steamers, Euripides, Theniistocles, and -Demosthenes are being transferred to fhe Shaw, Savill Gompany and placea on the New Zealand run after one more trip each to Australia, when possibly they will be converted into oil burners. The steamers Pakeha and Mahana are being transferred from the New Zealand to the Australian service. Further proposed alterations include the diverting of the- steamers Athenic, Corinthic and Ionic in company with the Arawa and Tainui. All will run under the auspices of the White Star Line. Finaily the Company's steamers Medic, Suevic and Runic are to be converted into cargo vessels, but remaining in the Australian trade.
