LAND BOARD.
Several matters relating to North Otago were dealt with by the Land Board were dealt, with by the Land Board at its meeting on Wednesday. The Board was asked to consider the question of the disposal of part of section 35, block XVI., Town of Moeraki, 3 acres 1 rood 10 perches. . — Yearly license granted to Janies Edraonston at rental of 5s for three , years, provided he clears .gorse, rental thereafier to bs 25s. The following transfers were dealt with: — Section 98, Ardgov/an Settlement, 122-109, Margaret MqJ. Clark, John Clark, and Christina W. Forbes to Albert Edward Walker. — Declined, price being considered too li'gli. — Mr Livingatone recorded his dissent. Seption 18, block XLL, Town Hampden, 1 rood, Ssm Jackson to John Dick.—Ap proved. • Section 16, block II., Moeraki, 1 rood, George McKillop to Sydiiey Bnrt.— Approved. Foreshore allotment 22, Shag Puint, Thomas Waters to Edith Mclntosh. —Approvecl.
