' CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Trouble arose on the waterfront at Lyttelton to-day over the working of the cargo of the steamer Storm. Watersiders were engaged at 8 a.m. to work the vessel, but, after going down to the steamer, refused to commence unless tbe gang for eacb hold was increased from four to six. Tbey contended tbat gangs of six were used at Wellington, Tbe Company refus?d to increase the gangs, and the sbip is now heldt Up for the want of labour. One hold on tbe steamer Tremeadow which commenosd its discharge on Wednesday afternoon is not being worked owing to a similar dispute. ^
