MURDER AND TERRORISM.
LONDON, March 7. The "Times' " Shanghai correspondent says the labour unions and kindred "reds" ar»e employing murder and terrorism ' to pave thp way for the next general strike commencing whpn Nationalist headquarters considers the moment favourable for paralysing Chang's defence. Two men were inveigled from a house and shot depd. The foreman of a Shanghai dock company and four men were shot at and wounded, also the foreman of a cotton mill. Threatening letters sent to the Woosung railway workshops caused the staff of seven hundred fo strike.
