The other morning two of these elderly gentle men joined iasne along tho North Road, and tho way they flew past telegraph poles and farm steadings was wonderful to see, till in swaying about on tho road they " bumped," and wero i nmediately mixed up together in almost inextricable entanglement on the road. One found one of his feet in the other's coat pocket, and that individual by some "feet" of arms and logs had forced himself up the inside of the back of tho other's coat, and in this position they lay till a good-natured milkman came and unwound them, and stood thorn up on their legs. This, I think you will admit, is only fair and reasonable. He was also given to understand that anything he did divulge would bo accepted in strict confidence, but no reply has been received from him.
