TO THE EDITOK. Sir, — On behalf of myself and several other sm.ill shareholders in the above company I nhould like to know what h being dune in regard lo pushing matters. A few months hence the factory ought to be st-trtiug, and, therefore, we expected by this time the buildings would have been in progress or something definite done. I think everyone will Agree that the shareholders took up the mutter very heartily, and I think the direcors might enlighten us as to their proceedings. Perhaps the Chairman (Mr J. H. Barr), seeing he originated the scheme, will give a full reply through both papers as to the Cduse of delay f< r the benefit of myself and neighbors.— I am, ec, Shakkholdeu.
