P. liuibmy (on behalf of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agcmy Company, Limited) repoits as follows: Tattersail's Ynrd.s present* d a busy scene on Saturday last, when lifty draught .md light harness horses, in addition to ,1 large ninn bcr of farming implements, etc., came undci the hummer, Mr Alexander Kcinoh.in being tlie priucipal vendor. His luirses \\m> brought forward in very nice condition, <vnd a better lot could not be found in the Oiunaru distiict. The fact that Mr Keino h.iu is widely known for the good judgment lie displays in the selection of dr night horses had the effect of bringing a l.u^c attendance to the yards, prominent amonj; the bidders being two outside buyers who livened up the proccdings cousideiably. As we have always said who \ good draughts arc placed before the Oamaru public for bona fide sale they invariably lind purchasers at fair prices. This was again emphasised on Saturday, when we succeeded hi disposing of the whole of our large entry with the exception of half a do/en liyht horses which were too highly leseneil.
