Tho weather was fino for tho concluding day's races, and tho course was in splendid order. The attendance of tho public wan again Urgo. Rons Handicap, 1 mile and 2 furlongs.— Malachite, 7st lOlbs, 1 ; Nobleman, 7sb Nibs, 2 ; Gleandcrson, 7at 41bs, 3. Eleven stalled. Nobleman led along the back stictch, and was first in tho straight, when Malachite, on the inside, put in a decided challenge, and a rattling finish ended in the latter winning by a neck. Time, 2mim 24J BCC3. Place Handicap, 1£ mile— Oxide, 7sfc 121bs, 1 ; Solanum, 7st 41bs, 2 ; Quivor, Bst Gli>% 3. Nine started. Betting t 4to 1 against Oxide, 5 to 1 Quiver, from 7 to 10 the othcis. The field kept well together until the straight was entered, vrher* Vani« tas was in front, but half way down Oxide shot out in tho ceutre of the course, and won by a length. Solanum came very fast at tho. finish, but could not get up to tho leader. Time, 2mins 40soc<j. Second Steeplechase, 3 miles.—Highborn 11., llatfllbs, 1 ; The Joker, Oat lOlbs, 2; Ontario, 9st lOlbs, 3. Nine starters. Betting t 3 to 1 against Highborn, 4 to 1 Ontario, fl to I firandwing. The Joker and Dart (the winner), fencing in faultless style, led all the way, followed by Reckless. The latter fell at the last but two hurdlo. Dart, Grand wing, and Curiosity also fell, and Highborn won easily. Time, 7mins 27Jsec». Nursery Handicap, 6 furlongs. — Sir George, 7sb lib, 1 ; Wollomumti, 7st 41bs, 2 ; Balance, 7st 21bs, 3. Eighteen starters. Won by two lengths. Time, linin 18Jsecs. A..) 0. Plate, 3 miles.— Ha voo (Morrison), 1 ; (Jhcsterman (Ettridgo), 2 ; Tho Harvester (Stevenson), 3. Other starters: Blarney Htonc, Donation, Cadet, and Cobbity. Betting: 2 to 1 against Havoc, 3 to 1 Tho Harvester, 4 to 1 Cobbity, 7 to 1 Chesterman. From a good start Cadet rushed to the front, and soon had soveral lengths' lead, Bonation being closest in attendance. This order was maintained tho first time iound, tho paco being slow, but on entoting the straight the last time the pace improved, and here Chesterm&n went up to tho leaden, and then Havoc and 'JJic Harvester, and tho trip came down the straight locked together, the finish being out; of tho finest ever seen on Bandwiojt, "o« just/ gef/tjng home by a head frofn lla» "i, who W Uicu was a be»d jn Chesteiin..
