CADET MATCH.
A match was fired last week between the Oamaru Citizen Cadets and Timarti Artillery Cadets, each company firing at its own range. Tho Oamaru team was nnder the command of Captain W^'Oorkindale, Sergt.- Major M'l'horsnn aqting as marker, Captain Morton, Artillory, being on tho ground to represent the Timaru Corps. From the scores subjoined it will be seen that the Citizen Cadets woro the victors by 9 points. The ranges wore 100, 200, and 300 yards ; third class target ; standing at 100 yards ; any position at the longer rangoß ; five rounds at each range : —
