BY PUBLIO AUCTION, At Temuka, on THURSDAY, MAY 16th, NEXT, The whole of the estate known as THE AROWHENUA STATION.
The property is divided into two blooks, known as the Home and Upper Blooks respectively, having frontage on the Opihi and
Kakahu rivers.
The Home Blook comprises about 1800 aores, fronting on the Opihi River, and is situated 1£ miles from the Temuka railway station; the whole well fenced and subdivided into convenient-sized paddooks, will be offered in •bout eight lots, together with dwellinghouse, wool-shed, stables, and other improve-
ments, having frontage on good rofeds. The Upper Blook, comprising about 6300 acres, 4\ miles distant from Temuka, extending to the Kakahu River, distant about seven miles from the Winchester railway station, will be offered in about 20 lots as fenced into paddocks, all having road frontage. with all kinds of agricultural maohinery, The draysge to the railway station is all down hill and the distance easy, on geod roads, and this with the certainty of another line of railway to Hilton from Geraldine, and the forming of Mil ford r arbor within a reasonable time, cannot fail to materially enhance the value of the property.
