AUCKLAND. May 7.
Judge Heale has been sent to the Native Lands Court at Msiketu, It is probable that the Court will sit in definnco of the obstructionists. The difficulty arises through a section of the Natives, insisting that the Court shall recognise their claims to land as established, and that these shall be admitted where one tribe has assisted another to defend itself, without occupation. This right was allowed by Sir D, M'Lean, but Was repudiated by the Court.
