May The Supreme Court was opened this morning by Judge Gillios. The following are the cases for trial : —S.imuel Henry Barriball, for unnatural offence; Makarita, a nativo woman, arson; Quinlivan, horsestoaling; George Paveral, horsostenling; Lennox, horsostoaling. Tho jury found no bill in Barriball's case. Lennox, for horsestealing, was found guilty. Paveral, horaestealing, pleaded guilty. Sir John Ooodo leaves by coach, tomorrow, for Patoa.
