Dunbdin, May G. Mr Justice Williams to-day ordered the trusteo to prosecute a debtor named Miller for fraudulent bankruptcy. At a meeting of the Harbor Board today ft resolution was unanimously carried requesting tho engineer to report on the dolay in carrying out the dredging contract. Mr Ramsay, who moved tho motion, said that a feeling was provalont that tho contract would not bo comploted within the specified time.
