That a Company be formed, to be styled the " Oamaru Steam Navigation Company," limited liability, with a capital of £8000, in 800 shares of £10 each; the first call to be £2 10s per share, the remaining calls to be made at periods of 3, 6, and 9 months. 2. That this Meeting do l\ovr adjourn til THURSDAY, the sth day of January next, and that in the meantime, the above resolution be published in the local and in one of the Dunedin newspapers, and that Mr Black be requested to act in the interim as Hon. Royal Oak, by the imported horse Tasman; dam imported at the same time, and for which the sum of £300 was paid in Scotland; and the sire, by the most competent judges, was named the perfection of horse-flesh. Royal Oak is now rising eight years old, rich dapple brown, sound, and has proved hhnßelf a cure foal-getter. He gained seven first-class prizes before he was imported to New Zealand, the laet of which was at the Smeaton Agricultural Show, where he beat the imported horses " Young Clyde," " Black Champion," grey horse. "Farmer's Glory," Mr Hepburn's imported " Nugget 5" also, Colonial-bred horses "Inkennan," "Garibaldi," "Model," " Black Douglas," " Young Douglas," " Warwick," and "Bay Champion." He also won the first prize at the Show of the Northern Agricultural Association at Oamaru last year, beating several good horses. Terms, £8 55., groomage included; and any mare missing will be served the following year, free of charge. Large ancL~Becure paddocks provided at both stations, bufeno responsibility incurred. Payments to be mnde before removal of mares. FOUND, on Mr Gibson's Station.—One Bay Gelding, with hind fetlocks white, branded 61 near shoulder, andheart off shoulder.
