IMPORTANT SALE. Mr Rich's Celebrated Stud Flock of Merinos : Spanish, French, and German. DRIVER, MACLEAN AND CO. are instructed by F. D. Rich, Esq., to sell by public auction, on the last day of their Stock Exhibition, his Stud Floek shown there— 100 pure Merino — Spanish, French and German Rams and Ewes, consisting of — 25 RAMS 25 ewes 5Q EWE HOGGETTS. ThoBe will be sold singly or in lots to suit purchasers. Pedigrees and ages as per catalogue, which, with photographs, can be obtained at the office of the auctioneers before the sale. All Mr Rieh'a prize and celebrated sheep are included in the above lots. Many of the Ewes have cost from L30 to L50 each ; and the Rams are, as is well known, unequalled. The Auctioneers, in merely intimating the above sale, feel it unnecessary to commendate sheep that have carried off the prizes from every exhibition, but would remark that the opportunity of procuring these valuabled Stud Sheep has arisen only from the dissolution of partnership between Messrs JoneB and Rich.

IMPOUNDED, on the 15th day of December, 1864, by M. G-ieeson, Esq.: — 1 red Working Bullock, branded 180 — off shoulder, hie OK off rump, owner unknown, for trespassing on private property ; and, in default of being released, the above Bullock will be sold at the Public Pound at Harapden, on the 13th day of January, 1865, at 12 o'clock noon. SHEARING will commence at Papakaio on TUESDAY, 3rd January. Shearers to muster on Monday, the 2nd January. Some good hands required at once, with dogs.
