A later telegram has been received, published by the " Argus." It conveys the intelligence that the British Government has declared that it will not at present advise the Queen to take part with Denmark, although its decision would be modified if tho war should be transferred to the Danish Islands, or Copenhagen be attacked, or the King of Denmark made prisoner.
