POSTAL. MAILS BETWEEN OAMAEU AKD MORVEN HILLS. mENDERS will be received at this A OOico on or before 25th May, proximo, from persons willing to carry Mails Weekly each way, between the Post-ofiiee at Oamaru and a Post-offiee proposed to be established at Morven Hdls.in the Waitaki District, via Low and Bruce's Ferry and Omarama, from as early a data as can be arranged till the 31st December, 1864, but to be terminable at any previons date by six weeks' notice in writing, from either the Government or the Contractor. Tenders to be at per annum, and Tenderers are required to give the names of two sufficient parties who are willing to enter into bond on their account. THE WARDENS of the above Hundred HEREBY GTVE NOTICE that all Stock not the property, or under the charge, of persons holding Licenses to Depasture on the said Hundred, must be REMOVED prior to the 15th day of June, nest ensuing, as all such Stock found on the said Hundred after that date will b« liable to be impounded.
