For Waikouaiti, Moeraki, Oamaru, Ti'maru, Akaron, and Lyttelton, on Monday, 9th and 23rd May. Reversing the route — leaving Oamaru on Thursday the one week, and Friday afternoon or Saturday morning on the other. Rates of freight and pns^ace greatly reduced.

Messrs H. T. Wilson and Chambers call attention to the fact that hitherto the passenger trade between London and Now Zealand hns been chiefly conducted by ship brokers, who have chartered from time to time vessels as required. The advantages thnt will accrue to the public by the establishment of an independent line of vessels, owned by a firm who will be responsible for the date of sailing, and for the comfort and wellbeing of their passengers, are so manifest as to need no extended notice.
