ITALY.

The Counter dv Dunanche asserts that Italy has determined to take the field m the early part of the new year, and that her first operations will be against Venetia. According to the same journal, the Cabinet of the Tuilleries has been fully informed of this intention, and tho mission to Paris of Count Pasoliui was connected with tho subject. The Independence Beige, in noticing the rumor of the Coumer dv Dunanche says — "Wo ourselves learn from London and Turin that the party of action meditates a fresh campaign both by laud andsea against tho Austrian possessions. The Italian Government is declared to have taken the resolution of seconding this project, if not of executing it. The fear of being overwhelmed, and a desire to reap some of the fruits of the very onerous sacrifices imposed upon the public treasury for the organization of tho military iorces of the country, are said to have occasioned this serious determination. In case of defeat, the councillors of King Victor Emmanuel would count upon tho co-operation of France. It is in order to ensure tins assistance, it is said, and its acceptance, if need be, by the British Government, that Count Pasolini was sent to Park and London."
