Rules & Regulations. 1. Three starters or no race. 2. The decision of the Stewards in all cases of dispute to be binding and final; 3. Qualification fee of 5s will be charged to non-subscribers. 4. All protests tube lodged with ths Secretary within Id minutes of race in dispute, together with a deposit of 10s wliich will be forfeited if protest be not sustained. 5. Race No. 2 is open to all hacks owned within the County of Mangonui 3 months prior to race. 6. Race No. 7 is open to all hacks owned within the Mangonui and Oruru Ridings, 3 months prior to race. 7. Nominations for events 3,5, and 6to be lodged with the Secretary on or before December 28th, 1904, together with all performances for the past two years. 8. Events 1,2, 4, 7 and 8 post entry. All stakes paid pro rata. The Snowflake Minstrel Troupe Will give an Entertainment in the Masonic Hall during the evening, the proceeds in aid of the Race Club’s funds. A DANCE WILL FOLLOW. T.
