Probable Suspension of Hostilities. LONDON, Monday, Early on Wednesday morning the Russians made a series of attacks on the Japanese outposts at Lamunton, and hi all were repulsed.
Oka reports that after hard fighting he repulsed an attack, and making a counter attack he occupied Paitapu, on Shaho. The Russians left many dead on the" field. It is said that absence of fuel and water probibly will compel Kuropatkin to suspend hostilities till the spring
