Turbine Trial.
PERTH, Tuesday. The Union S.S. Co.’s turbine steamer Loongange arrived at Perth (W.A.) to-day, 30 days from Glasgow. She averaged 16 knots, on a coal consumption of 63 tons. Th£#hief Engineer states that the suceesef -Of the turbine system is tliorouglily proved.
