Wanted—A Balance-sheet.
TO TUB EDITOR. Sift—The majority of ratepayers in the -Mangonui County have, I think, pfood reasons for abusing the councillors, ni that the balance-sheet has never to my knowledge been published in a newspaper. I have lieara said that this County has been, absolved from doing so by An Order of Council, there having Been no local newspaper in the Comity.
