Go on the Land, Young Man.

Advance of the Far North. The value of land suitable for dairying purposes in the Taranaki and other southern districts has increased of late years to such an extent that ft is doubtful whether a -fair return can be earned on investment. The prices ruling per acre in Taranaki at present range from £l6 to £25, as a consequence of which our Northern lands which are now open for selection should attract attention. We have excellent land in the North, good harbours, several butter factories, a glorious climate, and moreover land is cheap. We are therefore safe in predicting a boom in Northern land values in the near future. In Mangonui County 67 sections, shaving an area of 25,527 acres, including 12,179 acres of unsurveyed land are now open for selection in terms of the Land Act 1892. Intending applicants shoulA apply to the Commissioner of Crowft ljuicjm Auckland, from whom full particulars, and plans, application forms, etc., may be obtained.
